Before you buy

When will it arrive?

Within 5 business days, shipped free by registered domestic courier or speed post anywhere in India. You get tracking as soon as it leaves us.

What if I change my mind?

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the kit is unused and in its original packaging. Write to care@whiffandwhen.com and we will send a return label. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Do I need any experience?

No. Each kit ships with complete perfume notes and a blending guide, and every kit unlocks the AI Perfume Studio, which suggests combinations from the notes in your box.

Do I need a discount code?

No. The 20% comes off automatically at checkout. There is nothing to type.
